Even though I live in the neighborhood and not at the hotel, I find myself stopping by the bar because of the outstanding service, especially Oscar. He always greets me warmly and makes everyone feel welcome whether you’re a hotel guest or a local like me. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and genuine hospitality. He’s a big reason I keep coming back!

Edgar, Oscar, and Melissa are OUTSTANDING! This staff is the best! The food is fantastic each and everytime. The drinks are great. As a neighborhood regular it’s such a treat coming hear for reliable service, incredible food, great drinks and good ambiance. This place is a MUST go to!

I have to give it to the team at Intercontinental Washington DC!! I spent a night in The Knot Suite for a mini girls wknd The staff went above and beyond. They made a pointed effort to ensure that our stay was relaxing, enjoyable and seamless! The spa team worked extra hard to ensure that we had a luxurious experience with amazing massages and an ambiance that allowed us to revel in the moment! The view from our suite was spectacular! It would’ve been great if the large suites included extra fridge space and a microwave to warm up food/leftovers. That being said, the staff was truly outstanding! We truly appreciated their extra effort and have to say kudos to the whole team. I will definitely be back!
