Valet Operating Procedures

Colonial Parking has carefully reviewed our operating procedures at each type of location we manage and implemented certain supplemental enhancements. The following is a summary of these specific enhancements by location type:

Full Valet with Luggage Procedures

• Receiving the Vehicle & Issuing Tickets
  • Offer Customer to take a picture of the ticket instead of the ticket itself.
  • Avoid touching the vehicle as much as possible while surveying the vehicle.
  • When prepaying, follow supplemental cashiering procedures.
  • Do not operate any unnecessary vehicle controls to avoid unneeded contact of vehicle surfaces.
• Luggage Handling
  • You must ask for permission to touch the customer’s luggage.
  • Luggage Carts.
